MY Sound #3 | Results


The third edition of MY Sound for OurVision Song Contest (OVSC) #12 has ended. We have the winner! The winning song will represent Malaysia in 12th edition of OVSC. The winning song won with 18.41% votes. The song is 'Beribu Sesalan' by Ning Baizura, Jaclyn Victor and Shila. The song is submitted by the oglukzkashan. Ning Baizura is winning MY Sound for the first time after failing to win in the last two editions of MY Sound with the same duet song entitled 'Drama'. If you refer to the results table below, the winning song tied with 'Wanita' by Siti Nurhaliza for no. 1 with 116 points. 'Beribu Sesalan' won this edition as the song gets more 12 points (the highest points given by a user) than 'Wanita'. 'Kasanova' gets the highest 12 points ever to date in the history of MY Sound with 6. The song beats the previous record hold by the winning song if MY Sound #1 and #2 entitled 'Steer This Ship' and 'Years From Now' respectively. 'Beribu Sesalan' is the first Malay and the first duet song to win MY Sound. 'Sesalan' is also the first ballad song to represent Malaysia in OVSC. Good afternoon! This is my weekly chart for singles. Only 25 songs are eligible to enter the singles chart.   ' Dare I Say ' jumps from no.11 to no. 1, making it the biggest jump of the week. 'Dare I Say' is Alexander Rybak's third no. 1 song, making him the only artist to have 3 no. 1 songs in the chart history. The 'Dare I Say' jump from no. 11 to no. 1 breaks the record of the biggest jump to number one which was held by 'Fairytale' in week 7 . Last week topper 'Canta Por Mim' slips down to no. 2. Eric Saade's 'Upgrade' re-enter the chart at no. 3 while 'Glow' jumps 4 spots to no. 4. 'Kisah Hati' by Alyah and Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance' debuted at no. 5 and no. 7 respectively.
