MY Sound #3


The third edition of MY Sound will start on Saturday, 8 October 2011. Seven songs will compete to represent Malaysia in OurVision Song Contest (OVSC) #12. All competing songs are as below.

  • Stacy, who represented Malaysia in OVSC #8 with 'Jahat' participate in this edition of MY Sound with her latest single entitled 'Kasanova'.
  • Ning Baizura, who sings a duet song with Nikki and Yanie entitled 'Drama' in the last two MY Sound joins again in MY Sound for the third time with a ballad song entitled 'Beribu Sesalan' with Jaclyn Victor and Shila. I hope she will win this time as she was placed no. 2 for the previous MY Sound she has participated.
  • Siti Nurhaliza and KRU join MY Sound for the second time after failed to win in the previous MY Sound.
  • All the songs are in Malay.
  • The will be an additional song competing this year, making the competing songs to seven, rather than just six songs in MY Sound #2,
  • The voting system from MY Sound #2 will be used again in this edition.

Germans close on Dutch, England go fifth

Good afternoon! This is my weekly chart for singles. Only 25 songs are eligible to enter the singles chart.   ' Dare I Say ' jumps from no.11 to no. 1, making it the biggest jump of the week. 'Dare I Say' is Alexander Rybak's third no. 1 song, making him the only artist to have 3 no. 1 songs in the chart history. The 'Dare I Say' jump from no. 11 to no. 1 breaks the record of the biggest jump to number one which was held by 'Fairytale' in week 7 . Last week topper 'Canta Por Mim' slips down to no. 2. Eric Saade's 'Upgrade' re-enter the chart at no. 3 while 'Glow' jumps 4 spots to no. 4. 'Kisah Hati' by Alyah and Lady Gaga's 'Bad Romance' debuted at no. 5 and no. 7 respectively.
