Good afternoon! This is my weekly chart for singles. Only 25 songs are eligible to enter the singles chart. Below is a video recap of the top 5 for the week.

Coldplay's "Paradise" entered the chart at No. 1 while the debut single from their latest album, Mylo Xyloto entitled "Every Tear is a Waterfall" debuts at No. 2. Coldplay is the third artist to occupy top 2 spots on the chart besides Eric Saade and Alexander Rybak and this is the fourth week for an artist to occupy the top 2 spots on The25 history. Alexander Rybak occupied the top 2 spots on the chart for two weeks with "Fairytale" and "Foolin'" in Week 7 and Week 8. "I Mine Øjne" by Rasmus Seebach debuts at No. 3. "SexyBack" by Justin Timberlake jumps 9 positions to No. 4 while Cheryl Cole's "Parachute" stays at No. 5 for its third week. Glee Cast's mash up "Survivor/I Will Survive" debuts at No. 6 and former three-week No. 1 "Kerek Egész" slips to No. 7. This is the first week "Kerek Egész" be in Top 10 instead of in Top 5. 10 songs managed to make debut and only 1 song re-enter the chart this week.

MY Sound 10

The tenth edition of MY Sound will start on Tuesday, 7 February 2012. Ten songs will be competing to represent Malaysia in Ourvision Song Contest (OVSC) 22. All competing songs are as below. Click to enlarge Eleven artists will return for the tenth edition of Malaysian Sound. All songs competing in this edition are returning songs. Three runner-ups and four previous winners of MY Sound will also be participating in this edition. The most experienced song in MY Sound, a three-way duet by former winner, Ning Baizura featuring Yanie and another former winner, Nikki Palikat entitled "Drama" will enter to have another chance to win MY Sound after managed to get second place twice out of three tries. Jaclyn Victor, who is the winner of MY Sound 3 along with Ning Baizura and Shila, will enter again with her song "Gemilang". This is the promo video of For The Rest of My Life by Maher Zain. I am waiting for this music video for months and now the music video will be released soon. When I watch the promo video, it has already gives me a good impression about the upcoming music video. Besides, I have listened to this song for countless of times and I have liked this song since last year or to be precise, since I first listened to this song. I hope the music video will be as good as 'InsyaAllah' music video. I do not know when will this music video be released but what I know, I cannot wait for it.
