MY Sound 10 | Results


The tenth edition of MY Sound for Ourvision Song Contest (OVSC) 22 has come to an end. And we have a winner! The winning song will represent Malaysia in 22th edition of OVSC.

          The winning song won with 11.80% votes. The song is "Hatimu Milikku" by Nera. The song was submitted by the host of MY Sound back in MY Sound 4 and also this edition. Back in MY Sound 4, "Hatimu Milikku" got second place, only being defeated by Alyah's "Kisah Hati". With this song winning MY Sound 10, this is the fourth song to win after its second participation in MY Sound. Besides, Hafiz Halwi, who is currently the host of Malaysian Sound, is the third user to win two editions of MY Sound after oglukzkashan and lazarkoo. For the record, the song won with the lowest percentage of votes in MY Sound history, with just 11.80% voting, 5.9% lower than the previous record holder, which are "Kasanova" and "Prom Queen" in MY Sound 6 and MY Sound 7 respectively despite the song got 130 points, 26 more points than "Kasanova" and "Prom Queen". "Hatimu Milikku" is the fifth Malay song to win MY Sound that makes the winning song in English and Malay even (for the last decade of MY Sound, 5 songs in English and 5 songs in Malay have won MY Sound).

          The second place goes to Nikki Palikat again, She has added another new record in her record book. She has been a second placer in MY Sound for three times in a row since the eighth edition. This time, the song was submitted by HopingAngels. Nikki Palikat has been placed No. 2 for five times now and she is currently the the most successful artist in MY Sound history.

This edition has received 19 votes, which is a new record. Thank you for all your support for MY Sound.
